Policy payment/price

• Cash, debit and all major credit cards are accepted (Visa / MC / Amex).
• 4% fee is applied to credit card use
• Prices are subject to change at any time.
• No refunds.
• Gift certificates available on site.

Gift Certificates

“Give the gift of beauty”

• No cash back for unused gift certificate amounts. Any remaining value will be credited towards a future appointment.
• Gift certificates will be valid for 1 year from the date they were purchased.
• You will receive an electronic copy of your gift certificate immediately following the purchase.

Re-scheduling

• Clients must provide at least 72 hours notice to reschedule their appointment, if outside of that 72 hours you will be charged 50% of the service booked.

Late/No Show

• If you are going to be late or cannot make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible 615-490-2936
• Clients who arrive over 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 100% of your service booked.
• No call, no shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of service booked

Guarantee

• We offer no guarantee for micropigmenation results.
• Individual results will vary from client to client.
• Aftercare of your micropigmentation and your skin type will directly contribute to your final results.
• Some may require additional touch ups to achieve their desired results.
• Regular touch up pricing will apply.
